01

Create a route header

Put origin, first entry, final destination, transit, species, travel dates, owner timing, operating carrier, and travel channel at the top of the register so every document is checked against the same movement.

02

List the official rule and form sources

Record the government page, certificate or form name, version, issuing authority, checked date, and next review date. Keep destination, transit, and return sources separate.

03

Track veterinary and endorsement records

Link identification, vaccination, laboratory, treatment, examination, certificate, endorsement, and correction records in dependency order.

04

Track carrier and facility evidence

Preserve written acceptance, booking or airway-bill reference, operating segment, aircraft or size confirmation, cargo or check-in facility, cutoff, contact, and reconfirmation date.

05

Run a field-by-field reconciliation

Compare owner and pet names, microchip number, date formats, vaccination data, certificate number, itinerary, destination, consignee, and facility details before the final handoff.

06

Build an original-document plan

Mark which records must be original, endorsed, printed, digital, translated, copied, attached to the crate, carried by the traveler, or delivered to an agent.

07

Freeze a travel-day packet

Store the final approved files, originals plan, contacts, and booking evidence together, then reopen the register if the route, date, carrier, or certificate changes.
